Bay Street Games 2025
Hi friends, family, and colleagues!
I’m back for round two and this time, I’m aiming even higher!
Last year, the perfOMERS took home the title at the Capitalize for Kids Bay Street Games, and I’m excited to be competing again in 2025. It’s not just about bragging rights (though those are definitely appreciated)—it’s about raising funds for child and youth mental health across Canada.
Right now, over 1.2 million kids in Canada are struggling with serious mental health challenges and most aren’t getting the help they need. In Ontario alone, nearly 30,000 young people are stuck on waitlists, some for over two years.
That’s where you come in. I’m doing the workouts and can use some help to hit my fundraising goal! Every dollar goes to Capitalize for Kids, helping improve access to mental health care for children and youth across the country.

Hey Garret, You and the PerfOMERS are making the rest of Bay Street sweat! Earlier this week, I was teaching a private class at a condo near where we crossed paths a while back, and this lady was in the studio before we started, filming herself doing burpees, so I asked if she's on the perfOMERS. She said no, but that she'd heard of you guys. And she's doing the Bay Street Games as well. Good job, great cause! Tracy
