We look forward to welcoming you to the 8th Annual Bay Street Games! Here is some general event day information.

***NOTE: Please note that this is a rain or shine event***

Event Timing


11:00AM: Registration Opens

11:45AM: Opening Ceremony and Team Warm-Up

12:00 NOON: Games Begin!

3:00PM-3:30PM: Closing Ceremony and Awards

3:30PM-6:00PM: After Party at the Madison Avenue

(Pub Drinks and Light Food Will Be Served For All!)

***Please arrive no later than 11:30AM to ensure everyone is registered and on the field by 11:45AM SHARP***

Event Location

Varsity Stadium (University of Toronto) - 299 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S 0A9

Entrance is located off Bloor St W in the northeast corner of the stadium.

How To Get To Varsity Stadium

Parking

Metered, street parking is available along Devonshire Pl. There is also a Green P Municipal Parking lot at Bedford Rd. and Bloor St. W.

Bike

Bike racks are available under the pass at the Pavilion entrance off of Devonshire Pl.







TTC

The Varsity Centre is a short walking distance south of the St. George Subway Station (Bedford side)

What To Bring

  • Workout clothes that you feel comfortable in for the day and running shoes

  • Please bring a reusable water bottle. We will not have water bottles on-site, only water stations to fill personal water bottles.

  • Please plan accordingly as we will not be serving lunch ahead of the event. There will be snacks and drinks available from our sponsors.

  • Dress for the weather - e.g, rain jacket, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
